    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2010

There have been several who sent it in later and had it attached. Of course there is the chance that they will lose it or try and process it too soon. Just be sure to include a letter with all information pertaining to your application/file so it makes it easier for them to find and attach to...

Aww thank Jurjen, I am so sorry to hear about your grandfather. We miss so much, don't we but as much as it hurts, we did it to be with our partner/spouse. We have to find a good time to get her internet, to get here something to learn on, and time to teach her. Maybe when I go back. Lol. Thanks...

I guess I just got that hint because no one expressed anything. I guess that is selfish of me to think though. I know you all care just nice to hear it sometimes. I can't visit her because we have no money to do so. I got the job but I haven't been able to officially start working yet as my boss...

That is okay Angus. Just tough being thousands of miles away and not being able to be there, you know. Thank you so much for the well wishes. I know she would appreciate it and I know I do. :-* I promise to update VERY soon. I feel badly for it going so long without one.

I will update the chart but it is sad to realize that I have been dealing with something bad happening to my mom while I am away and the only thing people cared to say after mentioning it was: "when is the chart coming out?" It will be coming out and I know this chart is very important but I...

    Q) OPEN WORK PERMIT?

You can apply for the Open Work Permit by using the same application you use to extend your stay. It is found here: https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cic.gc.ca%2Fenglish%2Fpdf%2Fkits%2Fforms%2FIMM1249E.PDF You will instead mark "C" for an initial work permit. Remember it...

CONGRATULATIONS! No, no, no, and no you do not exit Canada to land. The only ones who do that is Outland applicants. That is why as much as you want to relate to friends on immigration manners you have to be clear with each other on which process you applied through or else you will get...

gigi1612: It seems as though, as you already know, that they are still unfortunately waiting on your RCMP check to arrive back to them. They requested it on July 12, 2011 as they wrote next to there. I did do some research and heard that some RCMP checks can take upwards of 4 months to process...

I believe it can take anywhere between 2 to 4 months. I don't know why some are longer or shorter waits than others. I got mine just a few days shy of 2 months. That was when times seemed to be a bit quicker.

Haha, oh I knew about how to calculate the actual time for Citizenship but thanks for explaining in case others might not know. However, in actuality you don't really need to wait 2.5 years. Only 2 years. Thanks for fixing it. :D

That is awesome Jurjen, thanks. How does it total when you should request though? I just put in my landing date and it says I should request in November 2013 (haven't left Canada in almost 3 years) when the site states June 2013, obviously that is if I have not absences. Edit: Before I have...
