Are you referring to the travel information (imm5562e) ? on the first page of this form it says "The principal applicant must complete this form." and it has sections for Spouse and each dependents. So i guess if you have filled all the sections applicable then I guess you are good.

For me, I received RCMP requests for both my Mom and my Dad. And in the upload documents section, it shows that I need to upload RCMP finger prints for my Dad only. (My Dad is the principal applicant).

@Lobster_a This is strange, They have asked for RCMP finger prints of both my Mom and Dad. I guess your Dad might not have stayed in Canada for longer periods so they have not asked for his.

Since they have requested to fill the forms since the age of 18, So the Police clearance certificate should it be for the last 10 years only or should it be for last 50 years (since the age of 18).

Congratulation, its now one step ahead. in the FORM IMM 5669, did they requested for the last 10 years only. or they asked you to ignore the last 10 years and rather fill since the age of 18 to present.

Hi Kalyani, I understand your situation, getting our parents here is a dream we all have. I say don't get dis-heart there must be a way to resolve this issue. Questions in my mind, was your application linked in ECAS ? were you able to see updates there?

Is only prescription needed ? Like my parents have BP (Hypertension) and Diabetes. So do they need to carry prescriptions only, or they also need to have the Medical test reports from past (showing the test results)?
