Update on my Application..We received a letter from Immigration today..My Husband has been approved to sponsor me and my application is being transfered to London England...I am so excited...we got past the first Hurdle..I wish all June applicants good luck in for their 1st stage approval.. :D

I just wanted to wish you all well with your applications, CPC-M is processing Fast...I am currently waiting for AOR letter in the mail..Decision was made in just 29 days! Stevedomoinic -I sent mine by Canada Post - express mail..it got there just fine! :)

Is that undischarged bankruptcy? or Bankruptcy in general?

When CIC does their background check on the applicant do they do a Credit Check? And if so do County Court Judgments go against you? Thanks..probably a silly question but I seem to keep worrying about everything that could go wrong lately!!

I was able to check E-CAS by using my Husbands Info..Date of Birth, country of birth and surname...and the receipt number..when you receive the letter from CPC-M it will contain your Husbands Client Id number..you will receive a separate Client Id number when your application is processed...

I am guessing your spouse is Sponsoring you?? If thats the case CIC may not be bothered that your FBI cert is not in there..the background check is on the sponsor not applicant at this stage...but Must be in there for the applicant part if you are the applicant
