Update: Below is my timeline: Category: CEC Inland Feb 1st : AoR Feb 27th : BC, NN -> NS Feb 27th : Review of Documents, Blank -> No additional documents needed Feb 28th : Medicals Passed Feb 28th : BC, NS -> IP Mar 06th: BC, IP -> NN

I had the this status yesterday.. Today above status changed to Medicals passed and Background check changed from Not Started to In progress.. so you should expect something similar in a day or two.
