You do not need to scan, Until unless you have entry stamps on them. Sometimes at POE they stamp your permit rather than passport.

Well to be very clear if you are trying to get admission in Engineering depart for Masters then you should have a super to supervise your program. Otherwise it is very difficult to get it as they have limited number of seats available..
