Nope you don't need to worry. Majority people are stuck after medical. Its normal trend now a days. wait till you pass 60 days benchmark.

Simply ask about visa office where your file is being processed now.

Now a days majority of people stuck in Sydney, either CIO or CPC in SYDNEY.....

They will probably send your file to yourself to process it. :D

Email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca them providing your file number, name, date of birth. they will reply you most probably next day. Don't worry, you are not the only one stuck with this status after medical. I am assuming you have provided RCMP upfront?

there are two offices where CEC applications typically go. First they processed in Sydney Nova Scotia for preliminary checks and then come to Ottawa for finalization. By knowing that where is your file, can give you an idea at which stage your file might be. Its not necessary but usually...

Congratulations on both. If you are on open WP and not bound to certain NOC then you are good to go. CIC doesn't need your update. Enjoy.
