The new criteria was set on May 2015, people those who received AOR in May 2015 are evaluated with latest criteria. Cases like mine, that received AOR prior to May 2015 are evaluated with old criteria.

Not necessarily, if multiple nominations were received on a single day does not mean all are of Jan 19th applicants... Some decisions have been made to whom the officer has asked for additional docs prior to Jan 19th applications... So decision making can happen for a range of dates... Feb...
