    Contact your immigration agency and inform him about the latest developments. Possibly, forward the messages to him.

    If you don't get any update by the 1st week in December, kindly contact your school to defer your intake to the next available one.

    Have you submitted a web form to inquire about your application? In not try and contact IRCC through a web form. Mine has been 3 months since biometric capture on July 24, 2023 though.
