How you know that your VO is Ottawa. In the mails i have received, there is no mention of VO? from where can i check?

hmm. My wife who is Primary applicant lost by .5 4 times when she made it the 5th time and we have an ITA. so don't lose hope. Important thing is to practice. practice with somebody who is better than you in communication. get a qn, record the answer on phone and see where you have gaps.. IMp...

Hmmm. this shows we have different system in our country. One of my friends had to go to Police station every day asking the constable to come home for verification as it was more that 1 month. for me , the constable came in 2 days and got pcc in 10 days

Probably because you might have renewed your passport or might have got a PCC in the last few months, In my case also PO checked whether this was the case. As my passport was few years old, they told me that i need a police verification

Thats not an issue. you may apply for PCC at your passport office. A police officer will come to you home for verification. You have to collect the PCC from the passport office once you get a mail/sms. Normally the whole process takes around 2 weeks
