I had included a copy of PR which is not accepted. That was a mistake. Since you have printed and sent it again, the application that came after you may supersede yourss. Nevertheless, I have seen some applicants getting AOR in short span after resending. Hope for the best!

Unfortunately, that is the trend. Mine was submitted in the 1st week of July but was returned because of missing second ID for children. I had to resend it again and was delivered on Aug 31st. I am still waiting for AOR

My Guess: When they say they are sending AOR for the week starting July 19th, it means they have *reviewed all the applications* (Online & Paper) received till July 26th and are in the process of sending AOR's for all of them. All folks who had applied by 26th July are expected to receive AORs...

I haven't received AOR too. Can you please share the ECAS link which you had used to check the application status using UCI?

Reading through many of the previous posts, I think the Vancouver office deals with the FP requests irrespective of your home office

Seems there is a delay in sending AORs. No much AORs since last week. Only Single applicants have received AORs for July.

Do dependents need to show any proof that the primary application has already landed. I guess the system at the immigration office will have the landing details of the primary applicant. Is it correct?
