Yes they do. I have seen based on last year [ the same time].. study permit PPR's were issued day after day without a gap

I am waiting since Oct 25 - Spouse and 2 kids. Planning to wait till year end and withdraw and file afresh

Yeah but a lot of people stuck from Oct and Nov are reapplying. But that doesn't make sense. Unless you can withdraw the prev file with a valid reason

Are you sponsoring someone? Unless you show strong home ties, getting a TRV is lucky

Not sure if there are people here but I saw MANY getting decisions both approvals and refusal in the last week of Nov for first week applicants. However there are a bunch of left out folks from Oct and Nov who see no movement

A few of my friends reached out to MP. One MP said it is not possible to support. 3 others got the details. One of them actually had a medical condition and the MP emailed IRCC on top of the PHAC note and she is still waiting for a decision on VV for her spouse. All the best to you

Yeah the TRV processing was long sometime back. Right now it is pretty quick is what I heard.

Hi Luxp You can find your nearest MP at gcommons.ca *Many* applications from Oct are stuck on the IRCC Portal with no decisions. Web forms and calls have been a joke lately. You can ask your MP to find out the status but it does nothing except building up some anxiety and hope in this...
