But if they approve your PR then your TD is not valid anymore and should apply from outside. Or hopefully, you receive your PR before leaving. I have the same problem, I for my ticket, and they approved my application for PR, now I have to wait for the PR card to mail to me.

For me almost 1 or 2 days after Background changed to Processing, I received the portal.

I called them 3 times in 1 week. I think it worked as I said is urgent to travel, my dad is so sick so my file started processing since I called them. I hope I get it before my trip.

Did you call CIC and ask?

Even I called CIC and they said 2 times that I cannot leave because if I leave I need to apply for TDPR from outside Canada to come back.

The lawyer on youtube said you need your PR card to come back to Canada after you receive your copy.

Credential email. AOR 18th July. after 1 month medical passed, after 3 months changed from ...process to ....processing. after 1 day portal. After a few days(almost one week) credential.

Thank you so much. I am sure you will get it very soon. Even you can call CIC and explain if it is urgent and they will check your application. They told me to send webform and the same day I got some changes in the application after talking to them. I will pray for so from the bottom of my heart.

AOR 18th July, Medical passed 18th August. nothing happen after that for 3 months. and then it changed to processing and receive portal after 2 days. But I sent webform 1 day before and the next day I got a change in my application. I explain and sent all documents and my dad's doctor's notes...
