Finally got the email, after 4.5 months of waiting.
Timeline:
Applicant: CEC Inland
ITA: 9July
AoR: 18 July
Medical Updated: 18 August
Biometrics Updated: 19 August (took it back 2017)
RCMP Updated: 29 August (upfront but got the letter almost 1.5 months later)
IP1: 19 August
IP2: 17 November
GUs: Except one (sometime in September), not sure if there was/were any more - "profile updated" but no update was inside. Didn't check my profile more often/everyday until last month.

I had applied GCMS notes on 27 Sep 2021, and didn't receive any updates, and after following up with privacy office, I have received the following email on 16 Nov:

For me almost 1 or 2 days after Background changed to Processing, I received the portal.

Got the portal email, trying to upload the photo but this message is showing up:
"Warning: Your photo does not meet the following requirements:
Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark.
Pixel Range Requirements: Your photo does not have a pixel range between 1680x1200 and 4200x3000 pixels."

Took the picture, some 3 months back, from a local photographer - he has been doing it for years. Followed all the picture requirements except the dimension, which is 600 x 840 pixel, used an online tool and changed it to 1680 x 2353 pixels

Was wondering did anyone of you were/are facing the same issue? What did you do? Should I got to Shoppers or some other place?

Ircc has requested a Canadian rcmp background check . I already gave fingerprints to third party.
Anyone have idea how long it take to get rcmp?

How long does it take to get your PR Card after ECOPR/COPR usually ?
some of my friend got it within 2 weeks whereas its been 1 month since i received my ECOPR but still no PR Card

It is my guess but most of straight forwards cases are done now so they are doing a bit of twisted/complex cases.
