You don’t “have to”. Although, your intention to settle there permanently should be real.

Absolutely not correct. It is not connected to the citizenship application at all. You need to be have an initial intent to settle in the province you have been nominated. That is all.

Guys! Why is the TITLE of the first email you received? Email I got doesn’t mention that application was approved but they ask for information (uci, first last entry dates etc) to create a pr portal account. Waiting almost 10 days since replying.
