Never say you are sure As i am Jan2024 applicant and i know so many people from Jan, March, Feb 2024 and still have been waiting for BG " security screen" to be completed.

i do not agree , not only Vancouver office is not fast, also they are extremely slow when it comes to scheduling the ceremony, background check, LPP process. they have been doing pretty slow since January 2024

if i were you i would give them call or see them in person with an appointment. also, try to call agent every single day and ask them to escalate it to office and put a note on your application for officer.

they are not helpful at all, and you will get the same answer when you call agent, even worst. if you are in security screen phase , they cant do anything. it is just wasting time to back and forth sending email and getting the same answer you already know.

this is so ridicules that we should check on them to do their work and responsibilities. Meaning if, no one calls them or follow up on them , applications will get full of dust. and one day and only if that day comes, they go: oppps i can see papers here , what are these about? lets check them!!!!
