Manitoba is assisting with sending test invitations while Vancouver office is busy with FPs and that's the main reason why Vancouver office is super slow in processing the applications. so your primary office is still Vancouver.

Vacnouv Van office is supper duper slow incase of processing the applications. They mainly focus on FP which cause significant delays on processing time. I have been waiting since march 6 to get BG completed. hope you guys see some real update soon
