COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

I think this is probably the recommended way to go for most people stuck in this situation. Of course you can, any non-Canadian VO can be contacted directly: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/web-form.html

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

As per my GCMS notes what worked for me was contacting the Secondary VO, so in your case send a webform to NDVO: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/web-form.html It's my Secondary VO that saw my message, considered it stupid that nobody contacted...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

It won’t, just make sure to formulate it properly - like complain that your processing time is above the promissed average, or that COPR is on the tracker, but there was no RFV/PR credentials email for many months.

London (United Kingdom) VFS Passport Submission Timeline

No movement in London VO for PR visa printing. Their automatic email response says "If your passport was sent to us for printing, please note that it may take 2 weeks for your passport to be returned", but my 2 weeks passed (9 business days) and nothing. It is already obvious that it won't take...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

@avnijain the call is there just for the sake of you to reach an assistant and hopefully that assistant will “wakeup” your file. Because every time you write a webform, it doesn‘t have to be noted in GCMS that you made a contact with IRCC, but every time you call - they have to mention that. So...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

@avnijain They will always call it "In progress" until you got COPR/eCOPR printed, so even after your RFV/Portal email you're still "In progress" to them. You could ask the assistant on the phone what's the state of your Security check. They can share if it was passed, if yes - there are no more...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

2.5 months, but not sure if just my queue came up or me knocking on all doors had an effect on it. For instance the day before I received RFV I managed to get hold of customer support on the phone line and also sent email to my secondary VO (the right one) showing them proof that I got COPR, its...

London (United Kingdom) VFS Passport Submission Timeline

My timeline is also for VFS Stockholm and VO London - 5 business days since passports were received for PR visa stamping. No movement in London VO, so I wouldn’t count for those with PPR for a 1-day processing. I’ll post when there will be an update.

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

It Well, RFV doesn’t mention the expiry of COPR, you’ll only see it when you will receive the paper version of COPR. But I saw all of the COPR details in the GCMS notes and its expiry is same as on the tracker, which is just corresponding to the validity of the medicals exam (whoever’s in your...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

Expires on 8-Aug-23, when RFV was issued the COPRs had less than 4 months validity left.

London (United Kingdom) VFS Passport Submission Timeline

@Omo1234 I don't believe 6 days is a realistic waiting time. You should expect at best 2-3 weeks, and realistically 4-8 weeks. If you can travel to Canada visa-free, you still can manage to do it, if you need a visa - just cancel your trip or postpone it. Transmission fee depends to which VFS...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

You are just 5 days past-due and you should receive portal credentials. If I were you I would just wait 2-3 weeks without bothering them. The nr. is always the same 888-242-2100

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

@avnijain if New Delhi is your primary VO then you're good, offices outside of Canada are not on strike. Try sending them some webforms to remind about yourself and best if you can reach the Call centre, as we got out RFV after 2.5 months of waiting only after reaching the IRCC Call centre...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

@avnijain if you see new valid COPR details for you and your spouse on the tracker, that means you passed all stages. You now just wait for RFV (if outlander) or portal credentials (if inlander). If outlander, RFV can take a while to come - from 2 weeks to 3 months. Consider that there’s a...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

Don’t worry, if COPRs are there that means that Eligibility was passed. Normally the tracker should show green Completed Eligibility for the PA, and if spouse was added post-AOR, then the her eligibility is not assessed, so it will stay grey.

Does VFS offer option to apply for a tourist visa without even submitting a passport? What does "in processing" mean if the passport is still with you? That is not how a tourist visa submission normally looks like. But to answer your question - if your visa is approved at a certain embassy, that...
