https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html They say it clearly: We’re prioritizing applications from people who are exempt from travel restrictions. For many months only US residents were exempt from travel restrictions. On Myimmitracker this...

It’s totally up to you, nobody knows if reopening borders for vaccinated tourists will trigger IRCC to come back to processing PNP-FSW applications. Logically it has to, as we won’t have travel restrictions, but it’s really hard to tell. We will only see if it is so in September-October...

so, what exactly did you do? because there is a big difference between submitting passport in Consulate and sending it by post to Canada, did you do the last one? I can give you an example that in EU you can't freely come to any Consulate and ask for any kind of visa, unless you are local...

Coming to US on a tourist visa and staying in US as a tourist doesn’t make you a resident of US. If you think this will make IRCC process your application faster because you won’t have travel restrictions - don’t risk, they won’t care about your touristic travels, they only care about legal...

@marcomendicino says Canada's worker-to-retiree ratio is what keeps him up at night, and this is what underscores the long-term need for increased immigration. I read “long-term”, which means years, while you guys read “short-term”.

If you got a friend in Canada - ask the friend. For all rest there is no other option if they don’t have anyone in Canada. Plus what kind of info the notes intermediaries will have? Your name, date of birth and an idea of how much money you declared? Also the stages of your case processing...

No way without Eligibility passed they would send your case to Security stage. The guy is CEC and your are FSW-O, 2 different stories. His stream is prioritized and processing, while yours isn't. Nothing. Why he needs you to worry on the phone? He needs you to finish the call as early as...

Agent already told you everything - Eligibility isn’t passed until officer will review it, which for FSW-O can be next year.

Also depends if he got officer’s final comment or just first agent’s note. If it’s just last one, status will show Passed, but it’s preliminary, not final. Most probably the Eligibility note he got was from Janury.

Point 1 - you won’t get COPR while your country of residence has travel restrictions with Canada, they won’t even issue it for you in such case, so that cancels point 2. 3. Delay will be for sure, most probably extra 6 months minimum. If it would be adding spouse delay could be 6-12 months...

Can’t tell how usual this is, it looks like first agent’s check (A11.2), but normally that is a long note with comments on years of work experience, education, language tests and so on. Above Note + the fact that you are already in Security stage, suggests you passed Eligibility by the officer...

Congratulations! No need to ask, you passed all stages. Security is blank, so you are currently at the Security stage and after it’s complete you will receive COPR. From now on, you can order CBSA notes once per month to find out how things are going with the Security check. Could you share...

After, R10 is at the stage if medicals approved and Biometric letter requested. Then go agent’s comments on Eligibility/Criminality, then officer double checks previous things and makes his comments.

Congrats! May we know your country of residence? Is it UK, US or Hong Kong? When was the last Notes by an officer made, on 19 May or earlier (Meaning GCMS Notes were issued in May, but actual comments from the officer could be made months ago)?

When you submit the fingerprints your status automatically changes to Completed - Bio. Then when the agent opens your file to do Criminality/Eligibility checks and write notes, he puts Criminality manually to Not started until he will review your PCCs and info received from Info sharing.
