what is your score? if your score is below 435 i suggest recreate. i dont see the scores going down anytime soon.

437 is a decent score and very tempting to wait out. however there is a high demand for oinp with many 440 scorers opting for it. i say go for oinp if money is not a concern. atleast it will get the ball rolling.

I think they look at the NOI date. you can put in a letter of explaination regaring the age change.

does it say why its ineligible. i think you can request OINP to link it with the new profile you create.

no, typically i heard it only takes couple weeks for them to start assessment. maybe volume is high this time.

you should say 'no'. you have not applied for express entry. you just created a profile. you only apply when you get an invitation. thanks

It did not ask me for any of these two. When you login to your cic, there sould be a link for express entry under create profile. Once you fill out all details it assigns a new application number and UCI is carried over from old profile. Old application number is no longer valid

I got most of them ready. I submitted my application a week after noi. 45 days should be enough. Employer reference letters would probably take longest.

I had to make the same decision, at 433 I created my profile in oct. Waited for a few rounds and then recreated in feb and got picked by ontario. Yes I took a chance on tie breaker rule. I suggest you recreate, why leave an option closed. I don't see the score going down soon whereas ontario...

at 433 i dont think i can take any chances or waste any time, submitted my onip application. 1500 is worth it for me. time is money they say.

does this just mean offer letters signed by both parties? i havent heard about this concept for US employers.
