highly unlikely to get an ITA in april for me. even if i do ill proceed with oinp. reason being ill get an additional 600 points and even if my CIC application gets rejected for any reason i can still get in the next round with the score.

yes my status got changed to assessment on april 6th. i think it takes a month to move from submitted to assessment

As everyone said give ielts as many times as possible till you get at least 8 in reading 8 in listening 7 in speaking and 7 in writing. Might be tough but that will take your score to 435 range and oinp nomination

have you selected 'ontario' or 'all provinces' when you created your profile? if you are lucky ontario might send an invitation, but its really difficult as competition is high. best way however if to improve your scores. whats your age, ielts score breakdown, education level, work exp...

you dont need to withdraw, just update your profile once you get your ielts, eca etc. if you withdraw you might lose out on tie breaker.

yes i think all application packages are divided in batches and each batch goes to an individual officer to verify. some might be lagging.

WES is stupid. Went with ICES and got masters evaluated correctly. Expensive but worth it.

im facing the same issue, have masters evaluated but dont have a bachelors degree certificate. only have a provisional. i applied for ontario and only uploaded ECA and masters diploma and in LOE explained that my score was based on masters only.

i am 433 and i accepted the ontario NOI. score will most certainly not drop to 433 in the coming couple months.

I think you do. just hang in there till july. there maybe unfilled oinp slots.

practice and do it yourself. get an inkless pad and 10 sheets or so. me and my wife did the same. just follow the instructions on how to roll. massage your fingertips and press lightly. it will work.

Just looking at the overall h1b profiles getting kicked out of usa, Most of them are mid 30s non masters degree employees from bodyshop companies like CTS, Wipro, TCS etc who have stay at home wives who don't contribute any points. They account for more than 60% of h1bs. They'd be lucky to crack...

i think they will lie in the range of 400 to 440. most of them are probably aged out 33+ and probably would not do so well in IELTS. plus not all have masters degrees and even if they do its probably from some indian university which will take 88 years to generate a transcript.

when creating the profile you need to select 'ontario' or 'all provinces' in the provinces interested in section.

your consultant is a bogus consultant. it is clearly stated on the ontario website that they are searching for profiles created after jan 1st. ask him to recreate your profile. better yet get your money back from him and do the whole process yourself.

I don't have any ties either, I put in 'no social or economic ties to ontario currently, please refer to letter of intent to settle in ontario' in that section and attached a letter of intent telling them why I want to settle in ontario. I also faced the comments issue but happened only once...
