Not sure but a bit of advice - The steps outlined in the website are very clear. This forum is full of people willing to help. Not sure how much more a consultant can do. A big disadvantage Is they will not give you access or login details for your own profile.

i was wondering if they do extensive security or background screening for someone who only lived in usa and india. my residency for the past 10 yrs is 9 yrs usa and 1 yr india. i heard these checks take a year or so for some candidates.
doesnt it typically take 2-3 months to go to ip2, its the final stage before ppr. its only been a little over a month since you submitted your application
get it signed from a co worker or a person higher up your rank and get it notarized. dont submit an insufficient letter again. i dont think they will ask again.
