You can provide the tracking ARN, Passport Number, Photocopy containing your Application file number(CA*13 digit number*) etc. Explain them the situation going on with docs.

This is so weird. BLS status will be the same until they receive the passport from the embassy.I have never heard about them changing the office. Hope you had filled up the correct one. I would only suggest knowing where your application is and which station is handling it.
