Hi i May 2014 Appilicants. I got my spouse's PCC from india and my pcc from canada on Mar 2014.
But i submitted the both pcc with my application pacakge. still waiting for MR. I don't know about pcc deadline.

Will cic ask our pcc again one time ?

Hi - I think you're in a similar situation as I am.. only difference is that you may not have a US PCC in the picture.

It totally depends on case to case when it comes to CIC requesting for a new PCC. I personally think you may be covered bcz your PCC at the time of submission was <3 months old (if I read it right that both PCCs were issued in Mar'14 and you applied in May'14).

Just hang in there and work on a new PCC only if CIC requests for it.... Probably apply for GCMS soon to determine why your MR is getting delayed.

I have applied for PPC 2 months ago but it is still under process and my application submission is expiring next week. I am thing to attach the letter of explanation for the same as it might tale more time.

I took premium lounge service as no other appointment was available. Received ppc in 25 days

I applied PCC walk-in in Montreal . As of today , I have received the fee clearance status and also got an email from Passport office on 10 oct that Police Verification Request has been sent to the Police department . It has been 6 days now but no one has called in or visited my home. Is normal timeline. If not then, should I send someone to the police station to check on this?
I have a timeline approaching from IRCC until mid November.

You can ask someone in your family to follow up in the police station. I asked my dad to go there and it helps in escalating the process. Application goes to SP office and then police station and then back to SP office before getting the clearance and then sent back to Canada.

Did you receive any call regarding police verification? If yes, then after how many days after that status?

Verification was done and submitted as clear on 24th Oct and PCCprinted on 30th. Nothing after that.

But for the police verification, did you receive any call from local police station or it was cleared automatically?

They called my dad to fix their visit for verification. They checked my passport and submit it as clear the next day.
