Is all the communication electronic or do they mail anything? I am considering moving which will change my address. is it better to stay at the same address till the process is complete?

no that was not my question. I get it should be bottom up..so in the example I gave it should be 4,3,2,1. But just the way month n year is written. Is it correct with reference to the example I gave?

I had a walk in appointment at Mississauga center on 18th April. They take the fee to mail the PCC to home address. But havent received it yet. Tracker says "processing at consulate general".
