Did you get apply for your study permit already? If yes which school will you be going to?

Exactly six weeks. Applied on July 4th, did biometrics on the 11th, got an email requesting passport last week Thursday and I got an email last night saying that my permit was approved, praise God!

Hi, wow this is news to me. I don't want to scare u or anything but the cic website says that the processing time is actually 6 weeks and at present some people are waiting for more than 8 weeks... But we can only hope and pray that God will see us through in this process and allow us to get the...

They'll respond soon enough and you can simply contact the school and let them know how long you've been waiting. I think most Canadian colleges begin in September so they can't penalize you for this
