    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

They just simply update your medical validity and not related to security screening. PIU PR list should be some IRCC health related database. The best way to check your security screening status is to ask CSIS note, if CSIS is still in the security screening, you should wait patiently.

GCMS shows 'Security Screening' and waiting... - let's gather here!

I think IRCC is in the final stage to give you PPR since they did not have reasonable arguments for the security screening delay...

    - PIU TR List in medical reassessment is something to regrant a new medical for those who are in canada. - PIU maybe the database name for the health branch. you can send a webform email by attaching your csis report, since your csis part is done for months. In general, ircc should have sufficient information to make a decision. You can also mention the case Ran v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2023 FC 1447. Where the judged said if csis...

If you are in the security screening and CSIS did not finish the screening. A letter of demand is almost ineffective. IRCC has sufficient reasons (security screening not done) to ignore this letter. Alternatively, even if you wrt mandamus, the chance is still not high. IRCC has sufficient...

There is no official information about security screening. Indeed security screening is case by case, no one knows why or how long your case will process. If you wait too long for security, you can writ mandamus.

you can order a CSIS note. If they say your security is in progress. You need to wait patiently.. Currently the security screening for inland applicants ranges from 9-18 months (the time they sent to security rather than AR/AOR date), while a small portion can take 2-3 years.

Actually the comprehensive security processing time for inland applicants (I mean the people who submit and wait the application in Canada) are shorter than outland. For example, for the inland, the security processing time ranges from 9-18 months and a small portion with 2 years or so. But for...

CEC - Who's waiting for Security?

Indeed, Security not started does not mean comprehensive security screening. It simply indicates your case is still waiting VO to check your case. If you case is fine, it's DONE. (No C-check). Otherwise, you case will be sent to comprehensive security screening (1-2 years).
