Based on the info, I think there is a relative high chance that you are under comprehensive ss. But the screening time can vary quite differently. Someone can finish in 4 months while others could take at most 2 years..

In general, for the inland applicants, ircc will automatically extend the medical expiration. As for the outland, I think you can wait for the next instructions.. If they do not require a new medical, they may extend your current medical.

Yeah. From the experiences of my friends, if they indicated security is in progress and due date is not short, in general it is comprehensive SS..Some GCMS notes will mark C-SS but I do not know if it is universal.... I would suggest to wait patiently and do not be too stressful...

From the GCMS notes, looks like the comprehensive security screening.. If you want to make sure, you can ask CSIS. If they said you security is in progress, it should be 100% comprehensive ss.
