    Hi. When did you apply? For now, people who applied in December 2023 started to get their background completed and P1/P2 email. I waited for my background check to be completed around 6-7 months. Hope this information helps!

    Personally, It worked well for 4 stages (Eligibility, Health, Biometrics and Background check), like the update is more in detail compared to CGkey. The COPR no. showsed up on there as well but then after that (P1, P2, and eCOPR), it kinda stopped.

    I would recommend you to call the IRCC at 1-888-242-2100 to confirm before making any payment. Might take forever to wait but you will get to speak with someone for sure. I called them almost every day for a few weeks before and I got to spoke with the agents.

    I did visitor record twice with no issues. My suggestion is apply for another one as soon as you can then she should be able to remain in Canada after that.
