You can wait for the AOR to arrive. It would be sent to the sponsor's email though, have you checked with the sponsor? If still nothing, you might want to call IRCC and ask

It depends. Some people wait only a few weeks and some months. I applied on Nov 20 and got AOR on Dec 12

It is completely normal. It took months for the Background check to be done. For me, it was early Jan 2024 until June 2024 for my background check to show completed after other things were done.!

I would recommend you wait for AOR to come, no need to reapply. Sometimes it takes a while. Hope you hear the good news soon!

They haven't asked for medical request for visitor record because they might be using your medical check from OWP for that Options. 1. I think you can just send a web form with your IME# and don't need to wait for them to request your medical check for PR - that is what I did and the status...

Maybe wait for a few days to see if there would be any update and then if none, try sending the web form that you did your medical exam and provide them your IME#

Did you apply for OWP? If not, you are staying beyond 6 months (which you were supposed to do a visitor record when it was closer to 6 months) and you might need to do this...
