I'm currently 12 days away from the 6 months since AOR date. My application has been in NA2 since Sept 8th 2017. Ordered GCMS notes 52 days ago and still waiting for them....... this is going to be a lonnnnng wait I feel.

Check your Java. Make sure its the latest. Also try another browser, Chrome, IE or Safari etc.

Clear your browser cache and history and/or try the other link I posted on the previous page....

You'd think a lawyer would be smart enough to research, search and read websites etc to figure out how to apply for Express Entry/learn what the process is...... :rolleyes:

It's been almost 48 days and I've not yet received my GCMS notes. Therefore I guess the only option is to file a complain to ICC. Does anyone know if a complaint will impact or add a 'bad marker' to my PPR application?

I feel i maybe in the same situation. I'm also PNP, I moved countries (UAE to the UK), informed IRCC who acknowledged. Medicals passed and NA2 since Sept 10th. Ordered GCMS notes, those haven't arrived (35 days and counting). I get the feeling my application has fallen into a black hole.

Yes, same here. AOR 13th Aug, Meds passed 7th Sept. BG is NA ever since.

If you want better advice on this forum, it may be more helpful if you give the reason for the rejection. Others who've experienced the same issue could advise you better......

How can your EID still be valid if you left 3 months ago? Your visa and EID need to be VOID/Cancelled before you officially can leave.... Unless of course you just left Dubai and never returned without officially cancelling your Visa? If so, there maybe complications obtaining a PCC...

Totally agree on that, I'm in a similar situation, I've also worked in 3 different countries and mid to senior level in my career. I spent a long time on my documentation too and my LoE was very detailed as well. However, I am going down the PNP route, and as we know these are not...

Thanks, this is good to know. I've also have extensive travel history (160+ trips in 10 years) and was hoping this wouldnt impact/delay the process too much!

Just an update for anyone looking for the same answer in the future. I emailed CIC and they actually responded a few hours later to confirm that the address change I submitted 3 weeks prior had indeed be updated. Very pleased with their speedy response as well! :)

Outland PNP as well for me: AOR: 13th Aug MEDS Passed: 7th Sept ADR: We do not need additional documents. BGC - NA Not sure if this is IP1 or NA2? But all has been quiet since 7th Sept. From reading posts on trends etc, I'm thinking the IP2 will commence in the next 3 months or so.

Have you travelled or lived certain countries that CIC might question or investigate further?
