CIC Escalation

Hi,

I have applied PR and my application is refused.
I checked with couple of lawyers and consultants and they said officer has done something wrong.

Also checked with CIC help center and they said your application is passed at all stages but officer is not convinced in some situation.

Also I asked member of parliament to request CIC and they did but CIC officer did not give any answer to they.

So is there any way I can escalate my application result to Project Manager in CIC?
Somewhere I heard that we can do this.

Please help.

If you have approached the MP and still no outcome then I doubt if there will be any
Did you apply for the GCMS notes? I have never done it but apparently GCMS contains the actual details of your case, including reason of rejection of your application if any.
You can check the reason and then can plan from there what went wrong and if the rejection was legit or not. Meanwhile, re-enter the pool and re-apply for PR if you're confident about your application.

I have filed for Judicial Review and 20 days passed but still they have not given reason or appoint lawyer from CIC.
My IELTS exam expired so it will take time to reapply for PR.

So best way I understood that if I can escalate in CIC, Project Manager can review my application.
Is there anyway we can escalate the case?

Yes they gave reason but as I mentioned in my first post that I checked with couple of lawyers, consultants and MP and they said reason that CIC officer has given is wrong and not feasible.

So I want escalate this issue with CIC Project Manager.
Is there any way we can escalate in CIC?

If you want better advice on this forum, it may be more helpful if you give the reason for the rejection. Others who've experienced the same issue could advise you better......

If you give the reason, it might be easier to give opinion.

there is no way you could escalate this within CIC. They don't make mistakes that easily and even if they make, when you ask for reconsideration, they would definitely try to address it. Lawyers can be wrong on things too.

I would not bother with opinions from consultants. Many members in this forum are much better informed than them.

if you have filed a law suit, you might probably wait and see on how CIC deals with it. I presume that's the only avenue for fighting.

I received refuse because of child medical has not done.
My child is with ex-wife so could not do medical of child.

But I have provided each and every reason and my tries but CIC officer did not satisfy.

So one forum I found that we can escalate the case with Project Manager in CIC for reconsideration.

So when you appealed the decision via CSE, what was the response?

My lawyer has filed a case in federal court on 09-Nov but did not hear anything from CIC as of now.
Not sure what is the process or what is going on.

In my last submission to CIC my lawyer mentioned all federal court case for reference to CIC where court has given decision in parties favor but still CIC officer has refused the case.

though my application has passed all stages.
