If your profile has anything which requires additional review from 2nd officer (moslty senior) than it will show REVIEW REQUIRED in that section. Mainly this happens when the applicant has Visa refulsals in past or there are any documents which is not as per IRCC guidelines.

In that case they might recalculate your CRS score based on spouse accompanying status. If CRS score reduces below cut-off then it might create trouble.
