UPDATE... It shows medical completed. (But with tomorrow's date, Oct. 31st) Nothing in Biometrics section. No BIL Yet.

Something happened in my IRCC account yesterday. When I logged in to see the progress, there was "APPLICATION UPDATED" written in applications status section on Home screen. When I checked inside, it shows my Permanent UCI number in Biometrics section. But, I haven't received any email or...

If your spouse hasn't done Biometrics after June 2023 then IRCC will send BIL for her also.

First of all... Congrats for clearing first step.. You can either call IRCC or try to create Tracker account to check if you and your spouse has cleared Medical.

Yes, thats right.. There are no such information regarding PNP & Regular EE profiles. Still, everything is based on candidate's profile. Some gets Final decision in 2 months while for some candidates it takes around 6-7 months.
