I also have the same timeline. I got Medical Updated on Oct. 31st but still didn't get Biometrics. When I called IRCC last week, they told me to wait for BIL.

In my opinion it is completely fine timeline. You can expect final decision within 3-4 weeks from now. In regards of "inquiry" update... it could be about your medical documets which was sent to IRCC by healthcare provider.

It might take few days for MIL. But you should call IRCC if you don't receive within 1 week.
