banglore university says that they dont issue separate transcripts and they have attested my mark sheets and final passing certificate and written TRANSCRIPTS on it and attested.Is it OK?And also the college from where I did my bachelors says that they dont issue transcripts and I have to get it...

Your Osmania Masters is Distance Education.WES has assessed it as bachelors and NOT masters.You can claim points for 2 or more post secondary....... but not masters. Earlier when wes was not in place visa officers at chc new delhi were taking it as masters degree but wes mentions it as 4 years...
