vishal..check for ITA status coloumn..mine is also updated today..

I have submitted my EE on 12th Jan 2015..linked it with job bank on 13th Jan 2015 and my score is 364 and today on 15th Jan I got the update in my application for ITA status :- "No invitation at this time"..Can someone please clarify why its changed to this status,has draw already happened ? or is it normal and everyone have this status before 1st draw supposed to happen on 26th Jan ?

Guide says - No invitation at this time means that you have not been invited to apply at this time..so does this status means I am not eligible and already out of race for Jan draw ?

Invitation To Apply (ITA) Status may be Not applicable, No invitation at this time, Invitation received, Invitation declined or Invitation expired.

Not applicable means that you have not yet been entered in the Express Entry pool because

we are waiting for Job Bank registration,
we are waiting for confirmation from a province or territory, or
we have not finished assessing minimum entry criteria.

No invitation at this time means that you have not been invited to apply at this time.

Invitation received means that we have invited you to apply, and we are waiting for you to respond.

Invitation declined means that we invited you to apply, and you declined the invitation.

Invitation expired means that we invited you to apply but you did not apply, nor decline, within 60 days.

If you choose a province then you have to first land inn that particular province when you are landing for the first time.
Say for instance you mention Ontario then you have to land Ontario first ....NOT any other province.Thereafter you cango anywhere except Quebec.

Where did u find that info .

I was thinking there might be some restriction that you have be in that province for few years before moving .

i remember..Nova Scotia ....has some 3 years if you go by there province PR .

Sorry.. but that's completely incorrect. What would a province gain if you land there first and then go somewhere else?
There is always a restriction in terms of the minimum number of years you have to live in that province and only after that, you are free to live anywhere else in Canada.

Btw, where did you find that piece of information?

Working 40 hrs/week while you are a registered as a FULL-TIME student does NOT count as work experience for ANY permanent residence application submitted to CIC. Previously it did, but not anymore. Therefore, you'll only get points for your foreign work experience.

If we can prove that our studies are completed extraordinary (out of working hours/ not as a FULL-TIME student)
then it will be admit work experience?

CIC says that a full-time means 1500 working hours per year.
If my full-time is 2000 hours a year, and with the contract/agreement, or with salary-lists, and a letter from the employer, can be proven then I consider 2000 hours and calculate my working experience ??

I am Doctor (37 yr old) Specialist physician (Gynaecologist) / Sonographer ..... i have received my ECA report recently from MCA. and my Ielts score is 7 band which will expires in 15th of june 2015. I have recently clear my FCPS degree and i have done my Sonography course in 2003 but not practicing as a sonographer. Can any one assist me that in which category I apply ? NOC 3111 or 3112 my ECA report shows me plain MBBS .

You are done with your job. At this point of time, no one knows what a good score is, however 361 is above average.
PNP is all together separate program and if you are not making any effort to apply to different provinces, leave it to CIC and your profile might be chosen by some provinces.

That should be NOC 3111. The report should show your MBBS as equivalent to a Doctor of medicine. When you hopefully receive an ITA you just include your specialist certificate and other relevant info to show you have been practicing as a gynecologist!

So, how much time does it usually take for them to send that letter with a code out?

A.B. 123, your application status is blank because your profile is pending your Job Bank registration. You should go and create your job bank profile and there is a section that will ask you for you Express Entry number and job-seeker validation code.

Your EE # can be found in your MYCIC account and if you did not get the pdf letter based on the info i have seen that's the last 4 digits of your passport number. Once you have succesfully created the job bank account your application status will change to open and you will be placed in the pool.

Question for all who've submitted their EE profile...thanks in advance

We are currently going through the FAMILY CLASS SPONSORSHIP application, however we thought we might wanna give it a shot at the EE process to see if it's gonna be faster than inland sponsorship, grrrr

My fiance is going to submit his EE profile soon, after he takes the CELPIP language test ..

Does the online profile ask the applicant's spouse to take language test as well? I am CANADIAN though... I can't take CELPIP becuase it is not needed for canadians...
