I don't think it was meant for hotel workers because Express Entry was made for SKILLED workers and most hotel workers are not skilled.

I personally don't think you have to tell AINP, but I am no expert. You applied in the SRS class, not the employer driven, so I would say no. What *I* would do if I were in your position, is to aggressively look for a job, and then inform CIC or AINP of your new circumstances.
