Yes tried it all. Will call them in 2days if it doesnt work. The link they send to track the application doesnt even work lol they have to update it

I got an email today to track progress of my application but still not received the code when i try to create account. I got my AOR on 4th May!

Tried to create an account this morning thrice. Never received the verification code in my email- checked junk as well!!! Lets wait till Monday

Im having the same issue and do not know what to do:/

I think it can take upto 72 hours. Even i am waiting and received same message

Thank you very much that it is very clear indeed I had read and asked my friends who applied early last year that they had to upload the physical presence hence the question Thank you so much and very clear :)

I have created an account but the online application guide ( Gather documents) gives an application form. Hence I asked here to cross check as to upload that form The forum is trying to help if you cannot be nice then please don’t respond!

Then that is good! Because I think initially you had to attach the pdf. Do you also attach the application form under “other documents”??

I have the same issue, I am applying right now and there is no place to upload the PDF. you have to enter it manually and it calcukated your prescene and says you are eligible. There is no place to upload the PDF. I think they have changed the portal.....

I probably will do that! there is no place to even enter any note

This one is important for me too because when I got my PR in 2019 i was single, and then got married in 2020, I will apply for citizenship next month. Should I attach my marriage certificate copy online since my COPR has single? My husband got his PR last year in 2021.

Hie-question Once you create an account online to apply for citizenship do you know how many days you have to submit the application? do you need a photograph attached as well?
