the reason is as I was reading on the forum (not citizenship)is many requested the finger prints company to send the result to their address and they only uploaded a copy of the letterto their account. So was curious if this can be done !

Is yours a paper application? I thought online applicants cant use ECAS. Nothing shows up for me on ECAS.

do you know what part of your BG is pending- criminal or security? I never did FP for PR. My security is cleared, criminal is pending

Yes I called them since I do not have access to the tracker yet. ( thats another issue)!

I am thinking is it possible to just to the local police and give fingerprints without the ircc letter?
