It seems to me the people receiving updates are mostly inland applicants (For spousal anyways) and some EE applicants as well. Im yet to hear any Outland spousal updates esp from AVO

I agree that expediting the applications would be favourable however there are some applicants here who would also benefit from a special visa to visit their families even if its for a short time . I know that I would be glad If both these requests are granted in the petition.

I used an immigration consultant and she said the same thing someone on this platform has said previously that timeliness have been affected due to the impact of covid 19. If there’s any new information I hear during these waiting times I will do well to keep you all posted. I would hope that...
