Hello All... does anyone know if one can ask for a reconsideration Soon after a refusal and an appeal at the same time and the implications for this ?

Hello new here... can someone please tell me what the timelines may be for getting ADR and then a hearing From reading previous posts it seems some get approved at ADR and others at a hearing ...how long after a refusal can you get ADR and then or a hearing ...thank you in advance.

It seems I’m not the only one frustrated today ... we phoned our consultant today and he said there has been no movement with the Outland spousal cases he’s working on however the inland ones have made some progress and I don’t mean to sound some way but I just felt that perhaps the inland...

Is there anyone still here ? If yes, any word yet about ARC?

Sadly yes, came to terms with that a while ago. Holding on to hope though. You know what they say “Christmas miracles” might just happen for all of us here :)

Hello the little I know is that it’s normal to have a new UCI number with a spousal application, I also have a new one with this application. They may ask for the arc fees later, if someone knows more than I know I hope they can add to this for further clarification.. Goodluck

After the announcement about expediting spousal applications I haven’t seen any improvement in the wait times.. or was that just for inland applicants ‍♀️ dear Lord help us .
