I sent a request 3 weeks ago, and didn't receive a response. I also sent a complaint and nothing, not even an acknowledgement, which they say they will send in 2 business days.

On twitter they give general feedback, like contact us on this number or on this form ... etc. Tracking info can be obtained by phone, but also by an email if you have an update request and the response happened to be after the documents are dispatched but before they are received.

If you drive to the US, I heard you don't even need a ticket. Just a written statement would suffice. I am not sure if they could transfer your file on time though. The passport itself could be issued the same day. The problem is the transfer time. Well, also, the extra fees if that's a concern...

Contact your MP. Your file is taking too long. Call center agents probably aren't forwarding your concerns to the officer.
