Hi! I know that the citizenship requirement has been changed from 4 years out of 6 to 3 out of 5. I remember when I received my PR that there was a minimum stay per year above the 4/6 requirement (at the time). Is this still applicable for the new rule 3/5 requirement, or if I stayed in Canada 3...
