Well, I call IRCC today. The agent told me that my application has not had any updates since 08.22. I mean why would they said they received my addtional document and then put my application aside for 3 month :/

Receive my CBSA notes. No updates since Aug 22. There is a due date of 2022/09/04 on the first page of my CBSA notes. What does that mean?

You can send them an email with the temporary request tracking number. They send mine 1 day later after I sent an email for updates. atip-aiprp@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca

Hi guys, I have a question about the CBSA note. I applied for it in May and received the CBSA note on Monday after I sent them an email for an update. On the bottom left of the CBSA note, it says 2022-06-16. Does that mean the CBSA note shows the status on 06-16?

I think it means the Rapid Response Operations Centre (RROC) They are helping IRCC process applications.

I receive a message from IRCC this morning and it turns out to be the biometric refund. I guess that's some kind of progress.

They can not speed up your application but check the status of the application on your behalf. So you don't need to try to call IRCC in the morning.
