I have some questions about the PGWP application:
1. Proof of upfront medical exam (required)
I had a medical exam in 2021 when I apply for TR to PR, do I still need to schedule a new one?
2. Passport (required)
I renewed my passport last year, and all stamps are on my old passport. What should I do?
3. Details of Intended Work in Canada
What should I write in this section if I'm currently unemployed?
4. b)Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, Denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?
c) Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?
I applied for a PGWP with my diploma program and was refused because that program is not eligible. That was my fault, too stupid to trust that consultant.
then I applied for a study permit and keep studying for a degree. And until now, this is the case.
So I should choose YES for both b) and c)? What is the proper way to explain this situation?
