Yes, I got the 2nd pre-arrival email yesterday. I am still waiting on PCC request.

My parents' medical was done in July. I am currently waiting on IRCC to ask for police clearance. Could I proactively arrange it and upload to the portal? Is that a thing? Or should I must wait for IRCC to ask before I arrange it and provide to IRCC?
