5 passport sized pics. (white background). photocopy of your passport's first 2 pages. the letter from CHC asking you for the medical and ofcourse the fee i.e Rs. 3550 NOTE: all the above dox were required when I appeared for medical on June 2nd, 2011 in Ali Medical Centre ISB. goodluck to you...

xalam, My classes were starting from May 5th 2011. but I had to deffer the admission to sept. intake as CHC had not made any response on my application as by then. I got the medical on June 1st, 2011 and i was done with the medicals on June 2nd. I am wondering if I shall send the deffer letter...

salam all, i am from Wah Cantt. its almost 45 Km from ISB. thanks to Almighty Allah i have got the medical call :) but i wonder why they have not sent me the list of panel doctors :-/ and they have also not asked me for the deffer letter.... I actually applied for May intake but could not...
