Does anyone know how long does it take after the police clearance certificate requests? I received the request in Aug, submitted them in Sept. and got a notification in Oct that they were reviewing it. Nothing since.

It is a tough one. I have never come across such a situation and sadly can't add anything here except that I hope that you get a response soon and the passport is retrieved asap.

Good thing is you have time on your side. While I personally don't think you need to inform IRCC of change of addres since the application is processed and approved (I maybe wrong), what you could do is to call IRCC and ask them if they still need to be notified? that way you will hear from...
