Citizenship application - question related to Minor

Why the confusion ? Count the days yourself. You didn't specify the entry/exits from Canada since she came in 2021, so we can't answer. And with the information you gave, for a baby born in october 2020 and wo came here in 2021, it would be in all cases significantly less than 730 if she arrived...

    Citizenship Change of Address

Relax and stop stressing over nothing. You've already been told it's no big deal, and the answer is not gonna change. If you want a lawyer to tell you the same, feel free to spend the money. Also, since you spoke about what happens if you get your citizenship before you do the address change ...

    ICES Request

Oh, in which case I'm unsure why IRCC would turn something green then double check it... They should put it back in progress but whatever. Good luck!

    ICES Request

Well, if you applied with enough days and your days are precise, the ICES report will confirm your claim and you should see the physical presence turn green in a few months (3 or 4 according to others in this thread it seems). So, just wait I guess. Obviously, applying 2 weeks later or a month...

    Citizenship application from outside Canada

I mean, you can do whatever you want, but it's on you if they return your application as the PCC is an integral part of a complete application for anyone spending 183 days in a row somewhere and the first step IRCC does is a completeness check before AOR... Maybe you'll be lucky, but who knows...

Worldwide income after becoming Permanent Resident

IRCC only checks that you filed income for a certain number of years, not the actual content of the tax filing. If there's a mistake in a given year, you can always correct it with CRA yourself, you can still do so for 2019 and 2020.

    ICES Request

Double and triple check your physical presence yourself would be a start. If you then realized you made a mistake in your claim, withdraw and start another application from scratch. If you're still at 1096 days and absolutely certain it's 1096 and can prove it, well, you can either keep waiting...

    Citizenship application from outside Canada

You will need to put the day you apply as a return date, and add a letter of explanation saying that you're not claiming that last day of physical presence and only did so to satisfy the requirement of the physical presence tool.

Application past 8 months but no test invite yet, background passed

Unless you applied with a very minimal buffer, have forgotten some travels and aren't sure you're actually above the 1095 days threshold, you really have no guarantee a withdrawal gets you faster to the finish line. Whatever you do, and I can't tell you what to do really, starting from scratch...

Test Completed But BACKGROUND CHECK in progress.

Glad to see they really went fast with the rest of the process once they got the background check complete. Congrats and welcome to the Canadian family!

Notice to appear / online interview

There's no real timeline except the general average time to process 80% of application, now set at 6 months. Just wait, and feel free to contact IRCC soon if above that processing time.

    Citizenship Change of Address

@Rahul Ram well, just wait for the new ID before you make the correction. It's nothing urgent. IRCC mostly communicates by email after all, only the fingerprint request is done by snail mail, and since it's only the unit number, the letter would still make it to your lobby if sent by the time...

    Citizenship application signature

Obviously, no-one will confirm it as you know it's not what you're supposed to put there. Silly mistake but it's what it is at this point. Send a webform to correct it.

Please help me with Q13 of citizenship application

That's fine. IRCC doesn't ask about visitor visas, but status in countries where you lived, be it permanent or not. Unless you spent a long time in US in that visa, you didn't live there, you just went on a vacation. I didn't list my US visa either, added my vacations in US in the physical...

Test Completed But BACKGROUND CHECK in progress.

Its kinda useless, the only thing you may learn is the status (in progress, completed...) but no other detail at all. Also, it's very easy to do once you create your account here : https://atip-aiprp.tbs-sct.gc.ca/

Test Completed But BACKGROUND CHECK in progress.

It very probably didn't, they didn't act on it these yet when you saw IRCC move, it's a happy coincidence. After all, every single day, the probability of seeing the background turn green goes up :) Congrats! Looking forward to similar news for some people I know,

Notice to appeal for judge hearing

No-one can say anything about your case. We don't know your case and its details. All we can say is that IRCC seriously doubts that your physical presence requirement is met, so you'll have an opportunity to prove it. Show up to your judge hearing with as many proofs as you can, for as many...

Recommended buffer over the 1095 days minimum for the Canadian Citizenship application of a person with lot of travel history. Is 30 days buffer okay?

You already got the answers you need. Everything you decide is on you. Having a large buffer is simply a risk mitigation plan (because people make mistakes in their application, and 99% of these people were 100% they didn't make any), but at the end of the day, you decide when to apply and you...

Notice to appear / online interview

Nothing to worry about. It's fairly common to need an interview. Most of these end up being a routine conversation. You can join the interview and be the translator for your parent.

Recommended buffer over the 1095 days minimum for the Canadian Citizenship application of a person with lot of travel history. Is 30 days buffer okay?

It's better to focus on accuracy vs trying to find the cutoff above which you'd be considered "safe". 30 days for someone who listed every single entry/exit properly warrants less scrunity than a 60 days buffer but oups, 2 travels totalling 8 days of absence missing there and the agent starting...
