Got you!. Thanks. I was assuming Montreal analysts are unnecessarily flagging straightforward cases with review

One thing I noticed for may tracker is "Eligibility - Review Required Age change between ITA and AOR". Isn't age change exempt after ITA? Why would they put it on review just for that

Lol , i think there are more replies because you gave information. If you (and other helpful folks) hadnt , it would have died down long ago. True, i am stressed due to daily negative news about immigration and the no citizenship to children thing. A lot more people will leave if they will be...

Yea, i think we discussed and figured out most things from you :) (Thanks for that) so now we are just quiet, either waiting for notes to post here or time to pass and approach 6 months!. Surely a long wait. Wonder how people felt after waiting so long when they got PPR and wonder how tense...

That is unfortunate. I thought if one gets an invitation it means they are already eligible. Did anything change for her or analyst misinterpreted something?

Darn. That's not good. It will only annoy the officers more if they have to work on asylum/refuge seekers.

So true. But you know only tough people get tough battles. Somehow that gives me strength to think of it that way. Whatever i apply for, i usually face delays so im kind of used to it. But visa uncertainty is certainly a beast

Yea lets be optimistic. When you look at past two years stats, the PPR time starts reducing after July and is least in november. Hopefully they will want to clear by year end and many get PPR.

Also, they are witing till 5th, 6th month to notify for additional doc even if they put it in notes in 2nd or 3rd month.. so notes are crucial.

So true, the alternatives are so bad. I did not know australia takes that long. In US the wait is 150 years if you apply now. They will probably ship it to the funeral home lol. People who applied upto 2012/13 have a chance to get in this lifetime, but they will probably get an RFE at 60 years...

Sorry to hear that man. Be positive, i am sure it will all work out in the end. I was negotiating with some US based company to allow work from home from canada and they agreed after initial period of on site if i transferred H1 soon. Unfortunately with delays i doubt it will work now...
